It dark

Why is it so dark, the last thing I remember was me and my sister running from something and then a truck running straight at us from behind, I push my sister to the side of the road, and that was all I could remember.

Then, does that mean I die? It seems to be the case, I am still confused about what going on, more importantly, is my sister is alright.

I couldn’t remember what that something is I was running from but I know it was dangerous, my memory is blurry, I’m trying to remember the full detail of what had happened but couldn’t remember anything.

Suddenly, a white light appears in front of me and start to pull me over, I panicked for a second but then something in me is telling me not to resist, I extended my hand to the light to try to reach it. The light then expanded, engulfing me in the process.

The light fades away, revealing to be a ray of light from the sun, I slowly open my eye while putting my hand over to block the light.

I take a look at the surrounding, I realize that I currently lying in a green forest surrounded by mushrooms and tall trees, the chirping sound of birds can be heard at the top of the trees, the breeze of wind was hitting my face with a slight feel of comfortable.

“Where…am I?”

I subconsciously ask myself the question, why am I here, I suppose to be in the central district with my sis…

“Agh?!” My head starts to hurt, my memories start pouring in non-stop, the memories of my life up till now start coming to me, and memories of someone else that I don’t know of.

“AHHHH!!!”

I wiggle around aggressively while pressing my head creaming, it’s like a lightning just hit me in the head. The pain continues to torture me for the past 10 minutes and finally stop.

“I thought my would rupture!”

I stand up while breathing heavily, sweats go down from my body. But since my memories just recover, I need to recap who I am.

My name is Farka Ark, 27 years old, live in the capital of Saiga with in the world of Avaron, live in a family of 4, I graduated from the University of Magic and technology and specialize in building magic armor and weapon.

From behind me, 3 wolve-like animals groan at me with a sharp look. Were they attracted to the noise I made? They resemble wolves but something is growing on their back, it looks like some sort of stone that emits an orange blow and leaks a wield aura that I have never seen before.

“Grrrr WOOO!!” (wolf A)

“GRAHH” (wolf B)

Under the wolf A roar the 2 wolves run at me with terrifying speed, my instinct acted up while I was still confused about what going on, I subconsciously grab a short sword on my waist and make a battle stance, one of them jumps at me to pin me down, I block it between its open mouth. But the wolf is too strong, I am being pushed to the back, where the other wolf runs to and tries to tackle me, I quickly let go of my sword and jump to the right.

The two wolves collide with each other and lose balance, see the opportunity I focus all my strength to run away, it was a bad decision, while I was running as fast as I could, the wolf that didn’t act until now start running up to me and swiftly close the gap and bite my leg.

“GAH?!”

I fall, the pain from being bitten by the wolf is making me unable to think properly, I try to shake off the wolf but it won’t let go. The 2 wolves start to catch up, at this point, the word death crossed my mind. I panic, looking around for things to use, and see a knife on the other side of my waist.

I immediately took out the knife and start waving at the wolve that is biting me, I then put everything I have raise the knife high and stab into one of the wolf's eyes.

“GAHGAH!!” (wolf A)

The wolf screamed and move back, I try to stable my breath and calm my mind. I could fade at any moment, but if I were to fade, they will eat me. I got up, hold my knife tightly with both hands and prepare myself for what comes next. But unexpectedly, they didn’t make any move, they just stare at me cautiously.

“Ga gah wooh!” (wolf A)

The one that got staff in the eye gives a small howl and turns back, the other wolves then follow behind. It seems that one is the leader of the wolves. But I don’t have time to think about that, there might be more dangerous monster lurking around this forest, I need to escape this place as quickly as possible, I try to run the other way but I can only walk sluggishly due to the heavy bite wound. I need to find a safe place and heal my wound first.
