The fourth instalment of the Tales of the Omniverse is a story about key members of the Angelic Hierarchy that sprung into existence after Earth became Pangea. In this short story, we will follow the bureaucratic adventures of Undersecretary Tertullian as he navigates his meetings with High Steward Petros, his boss, and the interviews he needs to complete to understand why all his agents are unable to catch the one guy his boss needs to complete an old deal.  This is a short story just south of 7000 words.
