With his life seemingly falling apart, Matthew Greenway, returns to the one place he remembers being happy, the VRMMO Chronicles of Estrella, a game where he had once been a gaming god, now he returns as a simple level 1 adventurer looking to find his purpose once more. Can he find his place here again? And more importantly, can he achieve his old strength, playing as the very different Mercenary Captain class? This story is inspired by though not a fan-fiction of the Limitless Lands series by Dean Henegar, I enjoyed the idea of a player leading a company of NPC soldiers, though as a history student I prefer the 14th Century, so be ready for some technical armour and combat.
