The Milky Way is caught unaware by the System which prepares to integrate it into a whole new fantastical Multiverse. Except one planet is causing problems for the unremarkable galaxy that's stuck in the back end of nowhere. But its not really the planet's fault. Everything doesn't start the way it's supposed to. There is an order to these things, tropes to obey, but that's not exactly how play out for the planet. It all comes down to one individual who was just trying to get a good night's sleep for once. Perhaps a little too optimistic; he hasn't gone completely mad; he eagerly accepts the System. Hoping it will change his miserable life for the better, he jumps right in with everything he has. Unfortunately for him, everything goes from bad to worse as the System integration process goes completely off track. Stuck in a loop, he gains the attention of a System Authority and a System Anomaly is born that might just shake the multiverse and the core of the System itself. Keyboard monkey here (the author), still figuring things out. I uploaded a couple of chapters on a whim without really polishing anything off and for that I should apologise. Whilst I'm happy with the response, I know I can do better.I'm dyslexic and I don't catch all my mistakes even if I proofread two or three times. A second pair of eyes would help, but you have to work with what you have. The intent is for this to be a serial series.
