Michael Nacht is just one of millions in the slums of Steeple city. At the crux of adulthood, Michael can’t help but look at the giant black towers that stretch into the clouds, and dream of a better life for him and his family.  However, the only way he can think of to get himself out of the smog filled air and away from a grueling job that will half his lifespan is to partake in the up and coming survival game. A game set in an alternate reality, where normal mortal bounds on strength do not apply, but death will be all to final.   Michael must fight or compete with the millions of other hopefuls for a life changing sum. Problem is they will be facing legions of undead, beasts, plants, and other contenders. Question is can Michael or any of the others survive for 448 days?  Author note:
