She, too, didn't live much longer due to her old age, and Kael lost her as well when he turned 18. Despite this heartbreak, Kael remained unbroken. His grandmother had raised him to be a kind and generous person, always willing to help anyone he encountered. He lived by her teachings throughout his short but meaningful life. However, his world, along with its inhabitants, met a grim fate when a mysterious force attacked and destroyed everything.Then he was adrift in a sea of tormented souls, Kael was pulled out by a presence he could only describe as divine or superior. As he communicated with this entity, it offered him a chance to start anew in another world. This new world, the being explained, was similar to his own in some ways but operated under a system that allowed people to grow and evolve—a concept reminiscent of the games Kael used to enjoy in his old world. Given this opportunity to rebuild and seek justice for the countless innocent lives lost in his past, Kael struck a deal with the entity. He vowed to protect this new world, which was the next target for destruction. In return, the entity granted him a blessing, equipping him for the challenges that lay ahead. With a renewed sense of purpose and determination, Kael embarked on his journey to this new world, ready to fight, grow, and stand as its defender.
