Synopsis
Anderson Lough, recently unemployed bartender ready to resume his education, was always interested in alchemy as a child. After losing his parents' support, he powered through years of hard work and even harder saving to finish his degree in Alchemy's modern secular successor: Chemistry. However, he was surprised to find a new passion for metal working and jewelry making while taking an elective class chosen on a whim. His teacher, impressed by his enthusiasm, introduced him to an old friend who owned a long-standing jewelry shop: Alexander Athanasiou.
Alexander was a curious creature; beautiful and warm, who sometimes used phrases Anderson only heard in old black and white movies. They loved their business and had the largest library of old alchemical texts Anderson had ever seen. Their shared loves fostered a surprising relationship between the two. Alexander trusted Anderson with their closest held secret:
They were a vampire, and they were ready to finally die.
