Meet Josh, who barely even managed to graduate from high school and, in turn, failed to get into any reputable college. Now he's a Lord in the magical kingdom of Pertis? As if that wasn't enough he got one of  the lowest mana ratings out of all one hundred summoned 'scholars'. Now with a few thousand serfs and citizens under his rule, he has to figure it out. And it's better if he does it quickly. As I always loved kingdom-building stories together with progression fantasy stories, this is my try to blend the two together into one. This is my rewrite of my first attempt at writing something more than 100 words for a school assignment. Feedback is very much appreciated.
