Dylan Jabari Simeon was a Sword of God who slaughtered to absolve mankind of the sin of disrupting the world’s order through the Arcane. He is now Simeon, the introverted opening act at the Dragon Layer bar. With his sheathed sword in one hand and a synthesizer in another, he navigates a path through the Restored City of Phoenix that will bring him face to face with capricious Witches, malicious men, allies acting with less than altruistic intentions, and his blood-stained ignoble past.  The sky is red with the blood of the slain, the stage lights are blue like his favorite cocktail, and he can’t see the dawn past the lens of his bleak cynicism.
