Everything changes - that is an universal truth of life. Without change life would stagnate and, eventually, end. What if there existed beings that resisted that process, that would use any means necessary to prolong their own existence - at the expense of yours? Drake is an ordinary guy, fresh out of college, who doesn't quite know what to do with his life. He tries his best to fit in in the world but he starts to notice that the "ordinary" starts to shift and what he used to know might not be the reality that he finds himself in.
