An ancient bloodline that once controlled all the elements of the Earth is near dead. The few remaining possesors of these powers are hidden from society, and all children born with the abilities are sent to reform institutions to learn how to blend in with society.  As Cairo adjusts to his new reform school, him and his other classmates create a club to do all the things they're condemed for doing otherwise.
