Roy is a reclusive young man entering his final year of high school. Under pressure from his parents he volunteers for the partnership program, a nation-wide experimental program that pushes the youth out of their comfort zone and teaches them about detaching from technology and create long lasting personal relationships by partnering together two senior students into pairs and having them live together in a government funded apartment building. On the day where those enrolled in the program get their pairings Roy is shocked to discover that he is partnered with Aria, a fiery yet largely popular student in their senior class who also enrolled into the program. Now the two of them must live together and adhere to the program's rules and demands while balancing their school and personal lives for the entirety of their senior year.
