Following the 2008 financial crisis, people of the United States began to lose their trust in their own government after their tax money was wasted to bail out high-profile bankers as a means to protect the nation's economy. Consecutively, everyone stopped paying their taxes as a protest. The IRS was overwhelmed as it tries hard to keep the country intact. In response to the dire situation, a nationwide crackdown was set out on those who participated in the protest. Around the states, the lower and middle class got caught, fined, and jailed for evading their taxes, hence the distrust in the government became even more prevalent. While all that happens, threats from various criminal organizations such as Mexican cartels and foreign nations namely Russia and China kept looming over uncle sam’s head, and with depleted funding, the 3 letter agencies, and other government entities began to struggle to do their job to protect the nation.  To tackle this monetary problem, some agencies began taking matters to their own and set out a secret plan. A plan that had been used back in the old days. A plan that threads between the thin line of right or wrong (mostly wrong). A plan to change how things are supposed to be, carrying the nation back to its tracks. Follow a high school kid named Michael Spencer, A.K.A Mike, in his misadventure as he delivers illicit, illegal, and contraband items all over and beyond South Florida, while working with diverse characters and finding out the reason behind all of the world instability after meeting a telekinesis girl.
