Clara is going on her first date in quite some time. She's worried about going out to a club when she's more of an introvert herself, but soon realizes that's the least of her worries. She's bitten off more than she can chew with this date. Soon, she'll be found by Tessa, a vampire who will take her in as she gets back on her feet. Clara doesn't realize she'll soon fall in love, and Tessa doesn't yet realize she's attracted to women. As the two get to know each other, they also get to know theirselves and learn that their lives will never be the same.
