The S.E.S.D., also known as the Special Environment and Safety Division, is a class division within the police force, government, or private business. These guys are tasked with taking down those with supernatural abilities and those from the unknown. Those in the S.E.S.D. have been given the go-ahead for execution and arresting those who have any sort of supernatural ability. These employees are teenagers, young adults, and older adults, and they're tasked with finishing their job to provide for a better world. Many different groups exist within the world, each having their own purpose. Rowan Starry is an ordinary high school kid who has changed ever since an incident occurred a few years ago. The same incident changed the way he thought and the way he socialized. He wasn't the only one affected, either. Rowan still wanted to fight the memories he had. But soon he finds something interesting. Something that changes his perspective on living. Something that changes his judgment, whether it's family, friend, or foe, or the way of life as a whole.
