Synopsis
When war broke out on the western front of Ati-Ven, an engineer created the first Holy Weapons: twelve powerful tools used to aid the warriors defending their home. But in order to create them, twelve people were sacrificed to provide Soul Energy, a unique force used for the weapons' special abilities. After the war, the Weapons were turned to the families of the sacrificed.
Mai Au, born into the family with the Tessen of the Snake, always felt burdened by her role as the "little daughter," constantly hidden behind her older brother. When a chance finally arrives to prove her strength, Mai steps up to represent the Snake in her father's place at the Moon Festival. Little does she know, the Festival will bring much more than just smiling and waving on a parade float; a new danger is baring its fangs towards the Holy Weapons and their families, and Mai will need to be stronger than ever to save her world as she knows it.
