Alvis is an adult man who feels unfulfilled and directionless in life. He spends his days lounging around his parents' house, feeling that he was born in the wrong world and that he could be more successful if only there were some magic or supernatural powers to help him along. One day, his wish appears to come true when otherworldly beings arrive on Earth and begin abducting people, offering them the opportunity to choose a special power. The main character eagerly chooses the power to raise the dead, believing that this will make him one of the most powerful people on the planet. However, he quickly discovers that his new power comes with its own set of challenges. His skeletons are weak and unable to fight properly, leading him to feel frustrated and disappointed. Just when things seem at their worst, he discovers a parasite that can give his skeletons the strength they need to fight effectively. With this new strength, the main character becomes a formidable force to be reckoned with. However, not everyone sees him as a hero. Some view him as a threat and want to kill him and his family, causing him to live in constant fear for their safety. Despite his struggles, Alvis persists and eventually meets a tragic end. However, thanks to one of his powers, he is reincarnated and returns to the past, giving him a chance to start anew and perhaps make different choices that will lead to a better outcome in the future.
