Synopsis

In the sprawling expanse of the Wind continent, the territories are partitioned into distinct regions. The demon tribe asserts control over the southern reaches, while the northeastern expanses are shared amongst the orc tribe. Meanwhile, the most lush and fertile land in the northwest—Alarasia—is governed by humans. This realm is commonly referred to as Paradise, but only in times of peace. Over the centuries, this highly fertile land has witnessed myriad races spilling almost every drop of blood in their struggles for dominance. The demon tribe, the elf tribe, and the orc tribe have all taken turns as rulers. However, three centuries past, the champion of the human race emerged—Dragon Warrior George I of the Three Golden Dragons. He led the army of the nascent human race, vanquished the reigning demon tribe, and founded the Wind Empire. Twelve years of warfare saw humanity emerge victorious, eliminating rival forces and establishing themselves as the masters of the land. This historic conflict, now known as the First War of the Divine Dragons, reshaped the global hierarchy, leaving the continent in a tripartite division among humans, demons, and orcs. I am David Johnson, the eighth in line of the Dark Dragon's descendants. I harbor no aspirations of becoming a Dragon Warrior. Averse to combat, death, and above all, war, my interests are eclectic, encompassing a multitude of hobbies. I resist the idea of fixating on a single pursuit, belonging to the breed that shuns singularity. Innately a warrior, the carefree existence of an ordinary person remains perpetually elusive for me. In this tumultuous world, where skirmishes and clashes are an everyday occurrence, the choice is stark—either kill or be killed. I find myself compelled to wield weapons, not out of a thirst for conflict, but in a bid to shield what I hold dear, and perhaps secure a future where my cherished values can endure.
