Synopsis
In a pristine, white room devoid of doors or windows, James awakens to an enigmatic existence. Guided by a series of mysterious visitors—a dreamy voice, a sad-eyed woman, and a cheerful man—he encounters cryptic symbols of life: a picture frame, a book, and probing questions about his feelings. As he delves into these objects, James experiences fleeting joy, profound sorrow, and an overwhelming sense of longing. Through a vivid dream, he confronts a question that changes everything: “Don’t you want something more?” Realizing the emptiness of his self-imposed confines, James awakens to his own agency and opens the door to a world beyond.
