In a world where the entire country is secretly run and controlled by mega corporations, an underground tournament of death is held every 4 years in order to determine who becomes "God" and which company controls the country.  This 200-person tournament is fought with superhuman abilities that have drastic and permanent drawbacks.  Follow Mercedes Vida as she fights to not only survive the tournament, but also from her own mind.
