As a smogger, Victor has the ability to control truck exhaust as a weapon. With his daughter as his truck driver, they get paid to do odd jobs. Their latest job has them transporting another smogger who happens to be a criminal. During the job they are tracked down by a group who want to take the criminal for their own ends.
