It's been over a thousand years since the humans and demi-humans waged war against each other. It's been over a thousand years since the humans fought to take the land that the "Gods" told them was rightfully their's. It's been over a thousand years since the demi-humans fought in order to protect Mother Earth, and lost. The survivors of the conflict scattered throughout the human population in an attempt to blend in for centuries in a last-ditch effort to preserve their species.  In the present day world, the cycle begins again as the demi-humans are rediscovered and assumed to be demons.  Luna Cathasaigh takes up her late father's mantle as the Wolf-Guardian and comes to terms with the curse she inherited from him as it eats away at her body and mind. She resolves to save her people even if she has to hunt down every last human on the planet to do so, as well as the Devils that whispered in their ears.
