Synopsis

Leo had just turned the blossoming age of 18, which honestly should have been one of his peak years in his young, hopeful life. He had been accepted to a normal college, wasn't in poverty or anything, had a nice family, and was just somewhat of a normal guy. Despite this, he felt like something was missing. His life seemed directionless, which is probably normal, even if he didn't realize it. Leo thought he had already wasted his youth, wasting away, doing nothing important. Sitting in his room, playing video games, procrastinating, and always dreaming of what he wanted to do. He thought it was over, until it was. After an accident, Leo finds himself waking up in an entirely new world. One so foreign to him, one that seemed like a game, despite it being reality. It was like those animes that he had seen, those isekai's that had somebody reincarnated into a new world. Leo had always thought that it was cool. Being reborn in a new world, likely with magic, different races, and maybe even having a harem surround him. It was his chance to restart. Maybe, it was for the better that he died, leaving that filthy old earth behind. Here he would have all the freedom to do whatever he wanted. This was what he wanted. Or was it? His skin wasn't that usual human skin tone, instead, it was a dark blueish-gray. The people surrounding him were the same. What was he? Leo thought that he would be reborn as himself, so what was the meaning behind all of this? The people around him looked like humans, but at the same time, they weren't as tall, strong, or as beautiful as ordinary humans. He wasn't entirely human, yet not entirely monster. Maybe, this wasn't what he wanted after all. Realizing his new reality, Leo must overcome the struggles of being born in an entirely new world. One where nearly everything he once knew is now thrown out the window. One where dreams will surely end, and new dreams begin. I'll try to get at least 2 chapters out a week. Hopefully, at the very least, because of my work schedule. Chapter lengths will vary, but I'll try to make it worthwhile.
