The Mystics have existed in this world for as long as the Kingdom has. But so have the Djinn. Twisted monstrosities of unknown origin, found in every shape, size and color. But one thing was true to all of them. They hated humans. Because of the Djinn, Hunters were formed. Squads of Mortals as well as Mystics that came together against the common enemy. Fórn’s parents were Mystic Hunters. They had been for decades, until today. Today they died, becoming Djinn themselves through some convoluted magic that no one understands. Just like every other Mystic who is killed by the Djinn, their bodies were defiled to attack innocents, against everything they stand for. The Djinn took his parents. So, Fórn will take their place.
