Have you ever wondered if there is more to life? That maybe there are magical wonders still out there in the world? Yeah, well Jack Hemming never really cared much for that. He's always loved the world of science and biology. But when an unfamiliar girl walks into his life literally right out of a dream, he doesn't know what to believe.  It takes a short fall to his death for him to realize that the world he thought he knew is much much bigger, and he might not even be one of the human parts of it. Soon, he is thrown into a world full of shadows, magic, and creatures straight from fairy tale books. Worst of all he appears to be the center of a war between good and evil that has been going on since the beginning of time.
