Living in a world where the ability to scream was seen as important, especially in dangerous situtions to alert others Lou tries to keep the fact he couldn't scream so he could life a somewhat normal life. As a killer escape and begun targeting those who can't or struggle with screaming, Lou find his life become a mess.
