England: 1879. A mysterious plague is spreading across all of London. With the government shutting the city off from the rest of the world, mass hysteria begins to emerge from the public. Peter and Marianne DeVois, two residential plague doctors, work to rid the infected from the streets while gathering data in hopes of uncovering patterns in the disease and aiding their institution to find a cure. The sheer severity of the plague has the population fearing that this may be the start of a second coming of the Black Death. Only time will tell if there is hope for the people of London.
