A short character piece set in the world of Crovtia.  The story follows Leera of the Ace tribe as she prepares a special remedy for a childhood friend with an illness that leaves them perpetually in a "brittle" condition.This is also a good place to dip into the world of Crovtia and the inner life of one of the important side-characters of a much larger ongoing project.
