Arnold Ryu is a god-like fighter who excells at combat, after he finds out that his parents died at the hand of a conlfict between Mitsurtin delinquents and the police in Japan, he moves to Japan and enrolls in Mitsurin Highschool so he can find out about how his parents died and vows to start a new "Era for Delinquency"!
