James Conrad lived a normal life as a law student that was about to graduate and become a lawyer in one of the biggest firms in the the northwest. Well, as normal of a life as he can, as his family is full of gangsters and lawless criminals who have a large influence in the underworld. Which, gives him a more stressful life than the average college student, giving him more worries other than his grades and his ex-girlfriend.  But fate has another lemon to throw at him because one day the world goes through an "awakening" where monsters from fantasy appear out of nowhere and everything turns into shambles, where he has to learn to adapt and survive. A/N: This novel will have gaming elements like leveling up and stats and stuff like that and mature content such as profanity, gore and sexual content (maybe).
