I was bleeding from my body dazed from all the blood I had lost. There were monsters, demons, and people all around me lying unconscious or dead.

She wiped her tears and shot the dark beam right at me.
I swung at the beam with all my might and the beam was deflected and blew down a building…

“IMPOSSIBLE!!!”
The final boss said in confusion.
As well did I, the beam was not reflected by me but by some short and feeble woman. Her gray hair flowed from the clash of her sword and the dark magic beam.
Behind her was my beloved fiance next to her.
It was my grandma.
“Granny! What are you doing here?! You said you couldn't beat her!!! You were supposed to run away with her!!!”
I yelled in anger and sadness as I fell to the ground.
“I’m sorry, change of plans Boy”
I coughed out blood and almost fainted from all the blood loss.
“Grandma here is also selfish okay? You did great.”

My fiance cast a healing spell. She then picked me up and put me over her shoulder.
I almost wanted to chuckle, I forgot how small I was, but my confusion was too great.

“Grandma? Tell her to put me down, Let me help. I can still help now that I'm healed”
I was saying whatever I could in a panic.

My ears went numb from what she told me… I started to cry… it was supposed to be me… not her…

she said with a smile greater than I ever could've expressed, in a life-or-death situation. Just a simple sentence as if she were just saying I'm off to get some milk.
The clash of Granny and the final boss sent heat waves that hit us who were running away from this final battle.
I reached my hand out towards the chaotic battle from the distance and shouted the only thing on my mind.
