W-Why?
Why?
Why was it me?
Kay could only ask this rhetorical question again and again as he found himself with a back on a wall.
A giant slowly walking towards him.
All the air in his liver gone.
Around 1 minute ago.
"GAH."
Kay screamed from his innards as he felt something go wrong in his right leg.
A huge fist implanted firmly into Kays side before he could locate the injury.
Another wave of gasps emerged.
Kays entire body screamed in pain and a smirking Giant that looked too childish for its age was laughing in wheezes.
"Y-you (Wheeze) HAHAHAHA."
"YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE GONNA DO SOMETHING!"
The giant slowly walked over to Kay as it readied its huge knuckles.
"Congrats buddy."
Kay looked up in a daze at the giant. Confused and tired.
"You've earned this one."
The giants face and voice simultaneously went flat.
"For sure."
----------------------------------------
"You still can't call Kay?"
"Yeah."
Jack and a boy named Andrew mumbled in a corner.
"Is he still effected by the events?"
Jack crossed his fingers.
"I don't blame him one bit. There was more red on the floor that day than chilli."
Jack sighed as he looked out the blinding window.
"Still, it makes you wonder. What could he possibly be doing?"
----------------------------------------
A black silhouette flinched as it opens a door, revealing a blinding rectangle of white.
Kay looked at his now completely sunken eyes and overgrown hair coupled with grey pyjamas before he mad the conscious decision to go out.
Kays injuries had more or less resurfaced with the mask of time yet they re-appeared within.
I'll go out today. I'm sure of it.- Two months ago Kay.

Kay rubbed his eyes as he ignored the people viewing his clothing choices. Kay decided he needed a break.
Not from school, life or port.
From this world.
And how is that possible without you know what?
With Virtuality.
"I'd like to purchase one set please."
----------------------------------------
"Thanks for your purchase."
Well, that was easy. Kay ambled back to his apartment, having his first social interaction in weeks had been quite the smooth sale.
Kay plugged in the equipment before bright lights made him wince.
After a loading screen that consisted of thousands of small interfaces joining and a flying rainbow Kay found himself on a Character selection screen.

Custom-Form a Random class based on yourself.
Okay? Kay pressed the button.
SIlence.
Kay felt his surroundings heat up before the screen interface before him changed once more. This time it became a golden hue with white letters.

Kay shrugged within the alternate reality. Looks pretty good, but...
How does it know I do Karate?
Game Restarting-Major Update.
Come back at 4:00 PM USER KAYRATE
Kay shrugged as he slouched down on his couch. In his apartment.
Kay felt the instinctive urge to feel the light again, rather than slouch on a couch for a familiar 3 hours.
Kay left for the local super-store only to see his sleep-demon.
A giant.
Laughing in its group of 5.
Kay hid behind a corner before he saw them enter the store.
Kay slowly walked off before his leg stopped halfway to the ground.
I won't walk off on a loss.
Kay slowly turned around as his eyes were washed with a wave of incentive.
Not today.
----------------------------------------
"And then I kicked his dumb car again!"
"HA."
"Again? That's so like you Migante!"
"Common Migante W."
The group stopped their banter as they saw a familiar yet almost downgraded figure.
"The Karate Kid? The one you smashed up?"
Migante grinned menacingly.
"You need another beatdown?"
Kay kept his face poker.
"I actually got you a present."
The group all wore a stupid questioning expression.
"Eh?"
Kay kept going, his voice getting faster and faster.
"W-well y-you know, to clear all that... bad blood between us."
"Ha. At Least someone knows their place."
"So where is it?" Migante asked in slight frustration.
"Aqui Mismo Tonto"
A wave of blue water, crashed like a grand tide as the group of 5 took 3 seconds to understand their situation.
3 seconds that Kay used to escape.
The 5 ran after Kay the instant their consciousness returned.
"Scuse me."
"My bad."
Kay had to make some unfortunate shoves as he saw the group of 5 gaining distance on him.
"What's he doing?"
The 5 looked at Kay as he stopped suddenly.
Soon his figure vanished to the left.
"In the alley!"
The group entered the dark alleyway and ran for around half a minute.
"Damn it. Where is he?"
The group members spoke in frustration with furrowed brows.
"Aqui arriba matones!"
And like a graceful waterfall, water crashed onto the group before Kay vanished from the balcony.
The 5 left in anger, unknowing how Kay got there.
Their wet feet left hard marks.
----------------------------------------
Kay sighed in relief.
"Now I can finally play in content."
----------------------------------------
Two men in crisp suits spoke solemnly. Seriously. And quietly.
"When does Alpha.0 begin."
"When the crow falls."
"What does that imp-."
Cough.COugh.
"You par-an-oid b-astard."
And "crow" fell.
"System."
"Begin Alpha.0"
"What about the Nine-Tai-."
"System override."
"Begin Alpha.0."
"Loading."
