Risen is a fantasy writing where the entire population of Earth is raptured and brought to a new world of magic, wonder, and horrible violence. The story follows a number of leading characters as they traverse death and learn magical powers while civilization attempts to rebuild itself in a world where humanity is the new kid on the block and its neighbors look to take advantage of it in its fledgling years. Modern concepts are turned on its head as they clash with a magical world filled with creatures and danger. Many of the characters, main and side, suffer horrific deaths as humanity learns how to live in this new world. Currently on a temporary hiatus. New releases ETA is no later than January.
