Josiah Blackwood was always a man who didn't take shit from anyone, unfortunately it ended in him getting killed, now he has been reincarnated into a fantasy world where he becomes a pirate lord, unfortunately he was resurrected by the sea goddess who gives her followers great power, but she also has a tendency to morph and corrupt her followers into inhuman creatures, and as such, are hunted with extreme prejudice by churches and countries alike. He was selected by her to spread her faith and corruption to the seas and show the humans that the sea isn't a playground and remind them that she was a goddess just like their other gods and as such shouldn't be trifled with.
