Alex Pierce, a relatively average individual, wakes up in ancient Greece after being mysteriously transported from the modern world. He quickly discovers that this is not the historical Greece he had learned of before, but a mythical version of Greece where the gods are real, their power undeniable, and where mortals can rise to divinity—if they survive the trials. He is thrust into a reality where every action, combat, and interaction with mythical beings is measured by an RPG-like system that tracks his abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. His ultimate goal becomes clear: he must ascend to Olympus himself, but first, he must unlock his potential and gain followers to grow his power.
