Synopsis
It has been decades since the release of the first Simulated Reality Game was released. Immersive Immersion Incorporated have worked extremely hard to improve the Immersion Systems and broadcast technology to the points that they could finally move beyond the single player and cooperative team pods or bulky motorcycle like helmets for those who couldn't afford the longer-term pods.
Finally, five years ago, Rhigor XIX: Light's Final Purge, was released to critical acclaim and massive entertainment streams. With the announcement of Rhigor XIX's launch, they also announced that they were but five years away from releasing Rhigor XX: Simulated Online Reality, and that the new pods designed exclusively for use with Rhigor XX would offer something no other pod had managed: Muscle Feedback. To celebrate Rhigor XX's launch, over the next five years, there would be regional, national, and global competitions hosted by Triple-I, where the top ten of each competition would be invited to beta test Rhigor XX. There was also a challenge to all players, anyone who sent in an UNMODIFIED Drive Storage of a 100% Completion to Triple-I would not only receive an invitation to beta test, but a lifetime subscription to Rhigor XX as well as one of the brand new Immersion Feedback Pods.
