[A passion project I wanted to share with all of you.] Humanity was on the verge of extinction from the "Beast of Apocalypse." The world was saved by four Devas who wielded magic. They helped society create "Arte Magia", a fusion of magic and science, to defeat the Beast of Apocalypse.  After the war, the Sistema Occupazione Magica or SOM was created to govern the world using Arte Magia.  In December A.W. 2546, a branch of the SOM was utterly destroyed by an SSS-class criminal named Raven. Raven possesses a powerful form of Arte Magia known as the Crown of Desire. The SOM, hoping to stop him, immediately announced the enormous bounty available to anyone who could capture him. This led the SOM and the other fighters to hunt Raven for his prize and Crown of Desire.
