Something I want to try writing as I couldn't find something similar as this kind of topic. A person from an immortality world reincarnated into a fantasy world. I also might do a reverse of this a person from a fantasy world reincarnated into an immortality world if this story is successful. The defect didn't affect his normal life as he was able to live as a normal person but it affected his path to immortality as his meridians where disabled. It wasn't fractured or broken but defected as his meridians can't absorb Qi in it. The boy was still able to train his soul though and reached beyond what anybody thought was the peak of cultivation. A powerful soul that could rival the strongest immortal in the universe but a fragile body of a mortal. The boy in the end died when he was 137 years old, the longest a mortal has ever lived as he always took care of his body. He didn't die without anything though, the knowledge he collected over his lifetime to try to fix his meridians were boundless that it made all the knowledge know to man since the beginning of time seem like a drop of water in a ocean. But still he was unable to use that knowledge as it all involved using Qi: Pill refining, talisman art, martial techniques, etc... The boundless Qi that he absorb was stored in his soul yet he was unable to control it as it required a cultivator's body not a mortal's who was still bound by the Heavens. But the stored Qi in his soul though allowed him what others could never achieved. A life time of Qi protected his soul from having his memories sealed up by the law of reincarnation that existed since the beginning of time. His soul then went into another universe as it was a law that one cannot be reborn into to same universe. But this universe was different as the usage of Qi which is known as mana in this universe was applied differently as the law of the universe was different. Although the laws were different the techniques he carried from his past life was still usable in this world. Watch or read how this person who wished to become strong survive in a world total opposite but yet the same from his world with knowledge that can destroy or improve this fantasy world of his.
