He was once an immortal, a god to humans. Yet the true gods always play their own games and when they lost there was a steep price to pay. The immortals were slain but hope will still remain. Backed into a corner the hero's forfeited their lives for one final attack to even the score. Quality over quantity had always been their motto but when their eyes could not see the end of the enemys ranks it was only a matter of time until they fell. Expecting to join his fellows soon after he unleashed a final spell at the cost of his soul, yet the gods were not done with him. Now a mere side hero with a forbidden power has become the hero. Will this jouney end on a similar note, or will his own fate be chosen?   .... So this is kinds my releif story that i'm writing in conjunction with my Hybrid Summoner story set in the same world but from a different set of viewpoints. Not sure how this is gonna pan out but this is mostly just to help me as i brainstorm ideas. I'll take a poll after chapter ten to see if you guys like it so far then i might make it into a dedicated story. Until then just read and enjoy.
