Belle wasn't interested in a committing herself to a career with no hope to advance. Not even under threat of military obligation and life altering alien prosthetics would hamper her short time on Earth when faced with the alien menace. She decides to drag her friends outside of the guarded military compound to juggle her newly acquired responsibilities.
