Isaiah was born different from others, he could hear voices that other people could not, see things that others could not, soon his powers were discovered and he was taken from his family and home. Years later after disappearing into obscuratiy he has finally returned in the midst of a raging war between Espers and Humans, however, rather that choosing a side he decides to follow his own path by gathering as many other young talented Esper as he possibly can to make a stand and withstand the raging tides of war.
