It seems that Sakuta has little else to do afterwards other than looking after Kaede, and making sure that she finally goes back to school. However, it seems that something drew not just him, but at least four other people he had been close to, into another world. Anothe time period. Enlisted in an army to fight for a nation he has absolutely no business with. With little prospect of survival outside of this army, Sakuta and his four other friends must endure being sheltered under the harsh military life of the ancestors of millions of people alive today. Will they survive? Research was done using what little budget the author had to be as historically accurate to the battle and match the personality and past experiences of the characters as closely as possible. This is a fan fiction work based on Hajime Kamoshida's Rascal Does Not Dream series, and an experiment to see how characters from a modern world in another story would live in an historical world with an almost completely alien way of life, under the perspective of its male lead, Sakuta Azusagawa.
