Raegus is a mercenary who works under Boss, the leader of their mercenary group. On a special job request by the Kingdom of Gulk, Raegus, Boss, and eight others bring a small group of criminals into a nearby swamp to be left for dead – but when the criminals get loose from their binds and unsheathe their weapons, not everything goes as planned, leaving Raegus with a burning desire for revenge on both the criminals' group, Python, and the monsters hiding in Deadman's swamp.
