When Coal entered the wooden cave, he couldn't help but felt a little bit surprise.
It was exactly liked what he had imagied. Its inside was indeed very large, very big and at the same time very tall. The things inside it also held no much different from it. Most of them made out of wood but some others had some strange things liked black glistening substance and ice substance made a part of its.
For example, he could spot some ice substance on top of an wooden object that had four legs and the black glistening substance on something liked the thing he used to use to dig holes too.
If he had to compare them with him, a 6 years old rabbit kid, then everything looked just like a giant's house and its belongings. But he didn't think that it would be the same for the thin creature.
It was 3 times taller than him and a little bigger than him. Its only problem was that it was thin, but that really didn't mean that it was not a giant in his eyes. Even though it was just a small giant...
Yes, in its eyes, the cave might looked tall and big but not very large. Maybe to it, the cave was just enough for it to live in, not something liked a big palace liked he had imagined. He didn't know.
But nevermind, he averted his eyes and started walking around looking for his main target.
After a while, when he was still walking around. He discovered the source of the orange light which he saw through the holes before.
Because he attacked the wooden cave when the creature was still awake, the orange light was still there. It wasn't really in his original plan which he would find food and water through the dark and used his nose to do the rest but, it helped him a lots.
Thanks to it, he could check thing out really fast. And he could see things in the cave instead of darkness was also thanks to it. It made him feel warm and it looked just like there was another sun in the wooden cave.
When he raised his head up, he could see the light coming from something there. He tried to look directly at it but soon gave up, his eyes would burn if he looked any longer. And when he averted his eyes to the walls, he could see four others more there too.
It was very amazing, he thought. It was beautiful and it was also very warm. It was blinding and yet brought light. It just liked a small sun.
'If I can have one, maybe I wouldn't feel so cold in my cave anymore', he thought.
The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.
But when he raised his head, meaningful tried to look directly at it again. It was still there, nothing changes. Only his eyes was. He looked down and said.
"Maybe I shouldn't have a sun. It doesn't like me. Even the real one..."
A bit sad, he continuted his investigate.
He then confirmed his former supposition that there was another creature that was stronger, bigger and more intelligent in the cave than the thin creature, controlled every move of the creature, was not quite right. Because he couldn't find any of its trace or anything about it, so he just simply dismissed it. But all of that didn't really important, really.
Only after he nearly finished his checked out in the wooden cave, he found his target.
***
It was hard for him to found it, indeed.
It looked like the cave had many branches. And it hid deep inside in another place of the wooden cave compared with the place he just investigated.
The place he found it was in the right corner of the cave. He first didn't notice that place but his nose did it work. He soon found the place after somehow opened the wooden piece attached to its hole, but only after for a long time, he found it.
The place he entered, to his surprise, he saw the ice hole again. That place reeked the smell of food, very delicious food. He could smell that the creature not only ate meat but also also a lot of plant.
Coal thought he could ate meat, his fang? teeth, were already fully developed, but he never tried one before. A part was that he was not a strong predator in the forest but a rabbit kid, a prey, but also at the same time he didn't want to kill any animal to eat meat. Every creatures, all deserved to live.
But still, he thought he could eat it if he really wanted to.
His target, however, was complete opposite with its place. It didn't have any smell or anything liked spare food on it. It just... very tall and looked like a box, a tall one.
It had two boxes, piled on top of each other. One was tall? long? and big, box while the other indeed a box, big but shorter than the former on top of the taller one. There was something jut out of the tall box and the shorter box but they only have a small gap between them. And they looked sturdy.
He tried to push it liked the way he used to do with the wooden piece attached hole but it didn't budge even a little bit.
He then tried to find if there was any hole to sneak in or anything, any button he could use to open it, but he saw none.
He saw some thing strange behind the box but his instinct warned him not to come close to it. So he just did so.
...
After a while, Coal then patiently sitting in front of the box. Looked at his reflection on the taller box, with his eyes wide opened.
He could see a small white and blue light coming from the taller box. There was something inside it!
Shoving his head into the slit, he inhaled the delicious scent of food. Took a big bite, another then another. Didn't know that the owner of the cave was already home.
Wondered why the 'door' of the 'kitchen room' was opened. The creature opened the wooden piece attached to it. Made a little snow on its hat and shoulders fell down.
But only to see a mouth full of food rabbit looking directly at him with its eyes wide open, some food fell down to the ground.
Summoned its fearsome javelin liked some super rabbit hero, who used a lightning hammer instead of a javelin. The creature run straight towards the food thief.
But to Coal, he could only see a snowman, a snowman wielded a fearsome javelin was running toward him, with super lighting speed...
