What would you say is the most popular sport in the world? Baseball? Football? Soccer? The answer is none of them. As a matter of fact, the most popular sport in the world, or rather the most profitable sport in the world, is gladiatorial combat. Set in the world of Qest, a world populated by anthropomorphic animals, Qestians, 10 years after a 15 year long world war. The world has since stabilized into its current post war state. Our story begins with an albino bat named Ethan, along with his hyena friend, Brook. The two of their lives stuck in a perpetual monotony, that is untl they meet a young man who doesn't know who he is or where he came from. The only thing he knows, is how to fight. Cards are being handed out, invites being sent out around the world. People with skills in combat, from martial artists, to assassins, to death row inmates. Men and women, being sent to the fray. All of them being told the same thing: Welcome to Primal. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qest is a series heavily inspired by series such as Baki the Grappler and Kengan Ashura. Expect a heavy focus on combat and fighting, as well as a lot of focus on the times between those fights. Also  yes, this is a furry series, all the main characters are anthro animals, this has little to do with the plot, it's simply an aesthetic choice.
