The core of the world is suffering. atleast Infra’s world was. the very reality they lived in survived and thrived off producing ass much suffering as possible from the inhabitants. The only way to avoid suffering? Gain power. The way to gain power? Produce suffering. There was no escape. No hope. Infra, was the strongest, at one point, but not through others suffering but his own. His suffering was equal to the universe itself, and thus he was granted the privilege to ask the world a question he longed to ask since the moment he reached ten. “Why do you feed on suffering?” “Suffering is simply the most efficient energy” the reason for hell’s existence was quite simply. Because that was most efficient. No deeper reason. “And if another energy was even more so?” “Then suffering would be no more,”  Infra became known as the divine thief who stole happiness from the world itself, that fateful day. He rid himself of his powers and imbued his heart with happiness, vowing to one day derive a concept superior to suffering, and to end suffering once and for all.
