I'm not very good at writing eye catching summaries. So I'm just gonna do what a summery is meant to do - summarise.  This story will follow two orphans, one brother and one sister. The brother is a sadistic serial killer, the sister is a police captain and the local hero. This story is heavily influenced by Dexter, with Criminal Minds and Elementary sprinkled on top. Warning: there will be clear descriptions of torture, and lots of things are wrong with the male lead.
