Most of the World bears down on a young renegade after he scorned its ideals by committing several felonies, as part of a mission and in the name of surfacing cryptic memories that aren't his, yet drive his actions. Meanwhile, with her family murdered and no one to turn to, a certain pokémon follows him. Chased across regions and facing constant threats, their decisions are tested.
