Cadryn, displaced in Cassedy’s body due to a soul-swapping incident, wrestles with his decision to escape his world and destiny. While inhabiting Cassedy’s life, he explores both worlds, avoiding responsibilities that no longer seem his own. Meanwhile, Roger (Acerus), a blue and white robot powered by soul crystals, is undercover in the Spectronian city, concealing his true identity from the masses as he serves in the Apex-4 unit of the Silver Rose. His past ties to the legendary Order of the Saints and covert operations tie him into a larger conflict. While posing regularly as a human, Roger searches for answers to his own mysterious existence, also battling his kind's tainted reputation, he's tangled in an emerging crisis that pulls all three into a web of betrayal, crime, and ancient powers.
