Synopsis
A litrpg loosely inspired by Delve and Kill Ten Rats. What starts as a videogame, ends up becoming so much more.

The bone-knight heaved the massive greatsword in a sloppy overhead swing. I dodged to the right, gripped the skeleton by the arm, and pulled it off balance.
In my other hand, an orange ball of fire flared to life. I closed my fist around it, ignoring the muted pain of the licking flames, and slammed it past the skeleton’s rib cage. Heat flowed from me like water, and I watched as the undead’s spine shattered in an explosion of light.
“Quintin!” My friend screamed, scrambling away from his own bone-knight.
“A little help!”
I set my jaw and stalked forward, fist still ablaze with arcane energy.
It was going to be a long day.

I started writing this a while ago, but I totally forgot about it!
Imagine my surprise when I started re-reading it, and… I liked it!
I’ve only got about 8k words in the backlog, but… that’s four good chapters, right? Enough to get an opinion on whether or not I should keep going with it, I think.
If anyone is mildly curious as to where I planned on taking this story, ask me to continue it!
